Coaching

Manager and rep talking by an office window

Managers tell us the same thing: they want to coach, but the week fills up before they get to it. So we tested the smallest 1:1 that still changes behavior. It fits in fifteen minutes.

One skill, one clip, one drill

Pick the single skill holding the rep back this week. Play one clip from their practice calls where it showed up. Agree on one drill they’ll run before you meet again. That’s the whole meeting.

“Fifteen minutes on one thing beat an hour on everything.”

Dryrun’s manager view suggests the skill and the clip, so preparing takes about two minutes. The drill is a scenario the rep can run on their own.

Copy the template into your calendar invite and keep the agenda the same every week. Reps start showing up having already watched the clip.
